Our mission is to promote career advancement for women globally through access to education, closing the skills gap and job flexibility.

JVF was established in 2020 in honor of the late Jessica Vollman. She was a CEO, founder, and mentor for women in entrepreneurship.

We develop partnerships through grants to 501c3 organizations that align with our core values. All grantees become members of the JVF community.
